At Tejarah World, our goal is to provide you with pure, high-quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is here to assist you.
1. Return Window
- Customers may request a return or exchange within 3 to 7 days of receiving the product.
- Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
2. Conditions for Returns
A product is eligible for return or exchange under the following conditions:
- The product does not match the description or images on the website.
- The product is damaged or defective.
- The wrong product or size has been delivered.
Condition:
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Hygiene-related products (e.g., opened food items, honey, desi ghee), unless they are spoiled or defective.
- Items purchased on sale or discount.
- Products damaged or spoiled due to customer misuse or negligence.
4. Return Process
- Customers must contact our support team via WhatsApp or email and provide photos/videos of the product.
- If the claim is valid, the customer will be instructed to send the product to our head office or the respective vendor’s address.
Shipping Charges:
- If the issue is due to Tejarah World or the vendor, return shipping will be covered by us.
- If the return is requested without a valid reason, the customer will bear the shipping cost.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
Refund Methods:
- GoldiNex Wallet: Amount will be credited back to your wallet.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be issued via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash within 5–7 business days.
6. B2B Return Policy
- Wholesale (B2B) purchases can only be returned in case of a manufacturing defect.
- Returns based on personal preference or dislike are not accepted for B2B orders.
