Welcome to Tejarah World. By accessing this website, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before using our services.
1. Account Registration & Security
Accuracy: You must provide accurate and complete information (Name, Address, CNIC, etc.) during registration. Providing false or misleading data is grounds for immediate account suspension.
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Tejarah World is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.
2. GoldiNex Tokens & Rewards
Nature of Rewards: Gold (GoldiNex) earned through registration or stage completion is a digital-only reward.
Usage Restrictions: These tokens are strictly for use within the Tejarah World B2B (Wholesale) section. They hold no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or converted into fiat currency.
Market Valuation: The value of 1mg of GoldiNex fluctuates according to global gold market prices. Tejarah World reserves the right to update these rates daily based on current market indices.
3. Vendor (Seller) Obligations
Product Integrity: Sellers must deliver items that exactly match the provided images and descriptions.
Strict Image Policy: The use of images featuring women in product listings, packaging, or marketing materials is strictly prohibited. Violation will result in the immediate removal of the product and potential seller ban.
Manufacturing Transparency: To ensure quality and trust, sellers must clearly describe their manufacturing or sourcing procedures.
4. B2B Inventory & Resale
Ownership: Goods purchased through the B2B section become the property of the buyer (Seller), who may then list them for retail sale on the Tejarah World platform.
Wallet Usage: Use of GoldiNex for wholesale purchases must comply with the mandatory balance requirements active at the time of the transaction.
5. Affiliate Marketing Program
Commissions: Commissions are only credited upon the successful delivery and completion of an order (post-return window).
Anti-Spam Policy: Any affiliate found using spam, predatory marketing, or misrepresentation to attract customers will have their account terminated and commissions forfeited.
6. Returns, Exchanges, and Quality
Claims: Customers may claim a return or exchange within 3 to 7 days if a product is damaged or does not match the description.
Shared Responsibility: Both Tejarah World and the individual Vendor share a moral and professional obligation to ensure all items are of pure and high quality.
7. Legal Jurisdiction
Tejarah World is a registered entity. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising from the use of this platform shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan, specifically under the jurisdiction of the courts in Sargodha.
