Refund & Return Policy
At Al Hadi Gift Center, we strive to ensure that your gifts reach you in perfect condition. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return & Exchange Period
* You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 3 days will not be entertained.
2. Special Note for Fragile Items (Glass, Mugs, Frames)
We take extra care in packaging delicate items. To claim a refund or replacement for damaged items:
* Unboxing Video is Mandatory: Please record a short video while opening your parcel for the first time.
* If the item is found broken inside the box and you have the unboxing video as proof, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
3. Customized Gifts
* Items that are personalized with specific names, photos, or custom messages are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable as they are uniquely crafted for you.
* We will only offer a replacement if there is a manufacturing defect or an error in printing made by our team.
4. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
* The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
* It must be in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
* Items purchased on Sale or during clearance are non-returnable.
5. Refund Process
* Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
* Approved refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 working days via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer.
* Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Return Shipping Costs
* If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), Al Hadi Gift Center will cover the shipping costs.
* If you wish to exchange an item based on personal preference, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
7. Order Cancellation
* You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once the parcel is handed over to the courier service, it cannot be cancelled.

الہادی گفٹ سینٹر میں ہماری اولین ترجیح آپ کی خوشی اور اطمینان ہے۔ اگر آپ کو اپنے آرڈر کے حوالے سے کوئی شکایت ہے، تو ہماری پالیسی درج ذیل ہے:
1. واپسی اور تبدیلی کی مدت (Return Period)
* آپ آرڈر موصول ہونے کے 3 دن کے اندر واپسی یا تبدیلی (Exchange) کی درخواست کر سکتے ہیں۔ 3 دن گزر جانے کے بعد کوئی بھی شکایت قبول نہیں کی جائے گی۔
2. ٹوٹنے والی اشیاء کے لیے خصوصی نوٹ (Fragile Items Note)
ہم تمام نازک اشیاء (جیسے مگ، شیشہ، یا فریم) کو بہت حفاظت سے پیک کرتے ہیں۔
* ویڈیو لازمی ہے: پارسل کھولتے وقت (Unboxing) کی ایک مختصر ویڈیو ضرور بنائیں تاکہ اگر دورانِ سفر کوئی چیز ٹوٹ گئی ہو تو ہمارے پاس ثبوت موجود ہو۔
* اگر پارسل کھولتے وقت چیز ٹوٹی ہوئی نکلے گی اور آپ کے پاس ویڈیو ہوگی، تو ہم بغیر کسی اضافی چارجز کے آپ کو نئی چیز بھیجیں گے۔
3. کسٹمائزڈ تحائف (Customized Gifts)
* ایسے تحائف جن پر آپ کی پسند کی تصویر، نام یا کوئی خاص پیغام درج ہو، وہ واپس یا تبدیل نہیں کیے جا سکتے (کیونکہ وہ خاص طور پر آپ کے لیے تیار کیے گئے ہوتے ہیں)۔
* تاہم، اگر ہماری طرف سے پرنٹنگ میں کوئی غلطی ہوئی ہو یا پروڈکٹ خراب ہو، تو ہم اسے فوری تبدیل کر کے دیں گے۔
4. واپسی کی شرائط (Conditions)
* پروڈکٹ استعمال شدہ (Used) نہیں ہونی چاہیے۔
* تمام اصل پیکنگ، ٹیگز اور لوازمات محفوظ ہونے چاہئیں۔
* سیل (Sale) پر خریدی گئی اشیاء ناقابلِ واپسی ہیں۔
5. ریفنڈ کا طریقہ کار (Refund Process)
* واپسی کی منظوری کے بعد، آپ کی رقم 3 سے 5 ورکنگ دنوں کے اندر آپ کے فراہم کردہ اکاؤنٹ (JazzCash, EasyPaisa یا Bank Transfer) میں منتقل کر دی جائے گی۔
* شپنگ چارجز (Shipping Fee) ریفنڈ نہیں کیے جائیں گے، صرف پروڈکٹ کی قیمت واپس ہوگی۔
6. واپسی کے اخراجات (Shipping Costs for Return)
* اگر آپ کو غلط یا خراب چیز ملی ہے، تو واپسی کے تمام اخراجات الہادی گفٹ سینٹر برداشت کرے گا۔
* اگر آپ اپنی پسند کی بنیاد پر چیز تبدیل کرنا چاہتے ہیں، تو واپسی کے کورئیر چارجز کسٹمر کو ادا کرنے ہوں گے۔
